Elite Soccer Academy and its members will consistently capture video/photos and post them on their preferred social media channels where participants may or may not knowingly be in.
Such actions are solely intended for the purpose of marketing/education/social media content creation. All members agree and commit to the unsolicited permission to use their likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
Elite Soccer Academy is authorized to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose.
All members hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Elite Soccer Academy from all claims, demands, and causes of action which their, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on the participant’s behalf or on behalf of their estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
Ensuring the privacy and maintaining a positive identity within the community is our utmost biggest priority. If/when members are posting social media content associated with Elite Soccer Academy and its activities, they MUST tag and/or request permission, prior to submitting their final posts.
