The High-Performance platform is an advanced development model designed by professional European clubs, visible to multiple professional club scouts, and exclusively facilitated by Elite Soccer Academy for Elite players who aspire to play at the highest level.
The High-Performance platform connects technology, professional academy methodology and best practices with select athletes who have been identified through a comprehensive rubric.
ELITE HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
HOLISTIC PLAYER DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT WITH A BALANCED GAME TO TRAINING RATIO
Baseline fitness and technical assessment of the player that will allow the coaching staff to establish the action plan.
All athletes are different within their own way. Every athlete will be enlisted in a carefully designed action plan with specific goals to master over the season. Such action plan will be supported by technology tools and metric as a way to track progress.
Players within a high-performance environment must meet a well-above average level of technical proficiency, therefore enabling that athlete the ability to engage in functional training sessions. A high-performance learning environment encompasses fluid functional and tactical sequences, fitness training with a specialized trainer, and review of real-time video.
The high-performance learning environment is also consistently supported by performance metrics to measure progression.
The high-performance competition model is designed to support advanced players with opportunities to apply their learnings within a game format, provided by an approved process within the sanctioned system.
As an example, a player with a high game IQ, competitive awareness and intelligence may participate in a game with older players, that is naturally faster and requires a quicker decision process on and off the ball.
The main and sole objective of the High_performance program is to support talented and ambitious athletes with advancement opportunities. Players will partake in meaningful games, showcases and ID camps where trusted scouts and recruiters will constantly observe Elite athletes and provide ID trials.
