BRAMPTON ELITE SOCCER ACADEMY is required to collect personal information pertaining to the participant, their guardians, as well as medical information of the participant, in order to formalize the participants registration.

The academy’s primary source of registration is an online secure form through our website. By submitting a registration, you are accepting to disclose your personal information and entrusting us by giving us your personal information.

We will always use your personal information for mutual benefit and in a way that is fair and worthy of that trust.

If there are ever any concerns on how your personal information is being used, we will work with you to promptly resolve those concerns.

We will take all appropriate steps to protect and prevent misuse of your personal information at all times.

We will comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations and we will co-operate with data protection authorities. In the absence of data protection legislation, we will act in accordance with generally accepted principles governing data protection.

While Brampton Elite Soccer Academy will NOT release any information collected, You are entitled to request the clearance of information.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the membership terms and conditions of use of its members enrolled in the various services offered by Brampton Elite Soccer Academy.

Brampton Elite Soccer Academy will not collect, use or disclose your personal information without your consent.

We may ask you to provide additional consent if we need to use your personal information for purposes not covered by this Privacy Policy. You are not obliged to provide such consent but if you decide not to then your participation in certain activities may be restricted. If you provide additional consent, the terms of that consent shall prevail in the event of any conflict with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Brampton Elite Soccer Academy often uses photography and video for the purposes of training and/or marketing of our programs, that may include your child that is often included in content promoted on social media outlets.
Upon registering for an Elite Program, you are automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions of media content, unless it is communicated in advance.

In the event you prefer NOT to have your child included in any of the academy’s training or marketing content, please send an email to office@elitesocceracademy.ca expressing your request to exclude your child from all content, within 24 hours of your registration.
