PURCHASING OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When registering for a program, ALL deposits/initial payments are deemed non-refundable, and enrollment into program may ONLY be deemed official when payment terms are finalized and/or processed.
In the event you change your mind 30 days prior to the start of the program and a legitimate reason is provided, a refund may be available, however, we will retain 25% of the original payment submitted.
REFUNDS
Once the season starts, all sales are final and refunds will no longer be available.
LEAGUE AND PLAYER FEES
League and administration fees are non-refundable or transferrable.
PROGRAM INCLUSIONS
Entitlement to a hired (paid staff) qualified coach, League registration(s) (Indoor/Outdoor) and associated costs, Facility costs, Administration and general academy costs
DISCOUNTS AND REFERRAL FEES
All discounts and referral fees are only available for full-time programs and on the basis that the referred members and/or source of referral completed their full term in good standing.

Discounts and referrals fees can only be applied in the form of applied credits to an existing account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
